With several daycares located in the area, we thoughtfully designed the playground at Billy McCann Memorial Park with younger users in mind. In this smaller park, space was tight and had to be used wisely; the curved shape of the unit fits the space well. We kept the primary play structure simple while still packing in a lot of play value, with a variety of climbers and slides, topped with our visually appealing Spectrum Roofs. Two-tone decks help users with visual impairments differentiate between the different deck heights. We also chose do include a calming play space (in this case our Nifty Nook design), which provides a space for calming activities, finger puzzles, fidgets and imaginative play. Our popular Gyra spinner plus a classic swing set deliver the spinning and swinging motion kids love. This wonderful play space hits all the right notes and was an instant hit with the children in the community.
