The Intrepid inclusive playground combines wheelchair ramps with low-profile, accessible stairs to create easy access for varied abilities. Climbers, slides and an upper-body circuit round out the play. This structure is Annex H compliant.

"Our playground committee, made up of student representatives from grades 2-6 and a few staff representatives and myself spent considerable time determining the types of activities our students were familiar with and would like, yet at the same time having an element of uniqueness, and a focus on creative play and physical fitness...
